Andrea C. Lyons

Andrea C. Lyons joined Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon in January, 2011 as an associate attorney in the commercial litigation department.  Andrea earned her Juris Doctorate in 2008 from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
Before joining Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon, Andrea practiced at Dumas & McPhail, LLC for 2 years as an associate attorney in Mobile, Alabama, primarily representing creditors in bankruptcy court, foreclosure actions and collection work in Alabama and Florida.  While in law school, Andrea interned for the Honorable Judge J. Michael Joiner, Presiding Judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit of Alabama. Before law school, Andrea attended Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she was a varsity cheerleader and spent a semester interning in London, England at an employment and health consulting law firm.
At Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon, Andrea represents business entities, lenders and financial institutions.
