Civil Litigation Paralegal - Tuesday, October 18, 2011

Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon seeks an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in their litigation practice. Familiarity with civil litigation and other complex litigation preferred. Experience with legal research and drafting documents required. Must be very computer savvy. Must be able to use Microsoft Word 2007, Adobe, and electronic case management (Client Profiles preferred). College education and/or certification a plus. Excellent benefit package. Summer Clerk Program

Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon’s greatest strength is the intelligence and commitment of its professional personnel. Our primary source of legal talent is outstanding students coming directly from law school. Many of these lawyers have participated in our Summer Clerk Program - a challenging substantive experience designed to simulate the professional role of a junior lawyer and to expose law students to the firm and the community around it through business, social and recreational opportunities.
