Clay is a litigation attorney in our Pensacola office primarily working with our Construction Group. A Florida board-certified specialist in Construction Law since 2016, Clay litigates all manners of disputes on behalf of Developers, Owners, Design Professionals, Contractors, and Subcontractors. As a Florida and Alabama licensed attorney, he handles matters in both state and federal courts.

As a Florida and Alabama licensed attorney, he handles matters in both state and federal courts.

Clay is a Florida native and earned his undergraduate degree in Construction Management from the M.E. Rinker Sr. School at the University of Florida. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College School of Law, located in St. Petersburg, Florida. In addition to his construction practice, Clay handles all matters of domestic adoptions to include newborn, stepparent, relative, adult and second parent adoptions.
