Sally B. Fox is Board-Certified by The Florida Bar as an expert in Real Estate. Sally represents primarily lenders and businesses in documenting complex commercial construction loans, builder lines, developments, and post-closing modifications & spreaders. She has documented loans and transactions for large healthcare facilities and multi-location planned urban developments. Sally represents lenders in SBA 504 and 7A loans.

Sally handles residential closings at competitive rates and shares valuable legal advice over and above what a title company can provide, including title advice on how to take title. She regularly handles resolving title problems, including quiet titles, easements, and boundary issues. She has facilitated rezoning and conditional use changes, as well as handles code enforcement matters.

She has represented many creditors on issues including bankruptcy, foreclosures, and collections. She can assist in business entity planning, including as they relate to real estate considerations.

Sally is a certified mediator and arbitrator and has been appointed by the courts as a Special Master and performs tasks ranging from liquidation of real estate, businesses and personal property, and inventory, to other tasks needed to resolve a matter. She has the skill and support to effectively and efficiently handle the legal and administrative issues that arise in handling Special Master appointments.

She is an authorized agent for Alliant National, Old Republic, Fidelity Title, and Chicago Title.
