Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon is seeking to grow its litigation practice in its Miramar Beach office with the addition of an attorney with 2-8 years of litigation experience. The successful candidate will primarily handle business, commercial and real estate litigation matters. Potential clients include businesses, property owners, contractors, personal representatives, real estate developers, financial institutions, and condominium/homeowner associations. The position offers the potential for a flexible hybrid work schedule. Salary commensurate on experience.

In this position, you will experience opportunities for growth and work on a variety of business, commercial and real estate disputes as well as litigation matters. Specific tasks will include drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery, attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as well as communicating and negotiating with parties. You will collaborate with over 25 talented and team-oriented attorneys across multiple practice groups and offices.
