Adam C. Cobb focuses his practice on guiding clients through all manner of real estate transactions and litigation. He is board-certified by The Florida Bar in Real Estate Law and regularly advises clients on purchase and sale, development, financing, leasing, land use, and zoning matters. He also regularly represents clients in real estate litigation, including contract, loan default, ownership, lease, and land use disputes.
A native of Pensacola, Adam graduated with honors from the Florida State University College of Law and practiced in Indianapolis from 2010 until returning home and joining Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon in 2016.
Prior to joining Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon, Adam worked for Ice Miller LLP, where he represented developers in commercial real estate transactions. Adam also worked for Mercer Belanger PC, where he primarily represented lending institutions in real estate, commercial, and creditor’s rights litigation throughout state and federal courts.
Adam is licensed to practice law in Florida, Alabama, and Indiana (inactive). He also is an agent for Chicago, Commonwealth Land, Fidelity National, Westcor, and Old Republic National Title Insurance Companies, and is a licensed Alabama title insurance agent.
