As a native of Pensacola, attorney Gregory P. Fayard is honored to practice law in his hometown. By working where he was raised, Greg has been given the opportunity to give back to a community that has given him so much. A graduate of Escambia High School, Greg went off to the University of South Alabama to receive his B.S. in Finance. From there, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law and ultimately came home to Pensacola to practice law.
Before joining Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon in 2008, Greg spent six years in the public defender’s office of the 1st Judicial Circuit where he defended more than 1800 indigent clients. Upon joining ESC, Greg transitioned to civil litigation where he has practiced in the areas of construction law, commercial litigation, tobacco litigation, and represented hundreds of clients as a result of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. Greg now focuses his practice primarily in the area of commercial and residential real estate.
Being one of seven children, Greg has an extensive network of family and friends in the Pensacola area. Greg is a member of several professional, civic, and charitable organizations and believes it is an absolute privilege to live and work in Pensacola. Greg is a devoted husband and father and is proud to raise his family in his hometown. He is an agent for The Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Alliant National Title Insurance Company, Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
