Andrea C. Lyons has been an attorney at Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon since January 2011 where she practices all over the states of Florida and Alabama representing small businesses, lending institutions and individuals. She primarily practices with the commercial litigation department focusing on representing commercial and individual creditors in foreclosure actions, breach of contract matters, post-judgment collection work, and real estate litigation. She is also familiar with bankruptcy law and represents creditors in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in both Alabama and Florida. Andrea also practices family law and serves as counsel on dissolution of marriage cases, enforcement and modification matters, and relocation requests. Andrea earned her Juris Doctorate in 2008 from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University
Before law school, Andrea attended Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she was a cheerleader and spent some time interning in London, England at an employment and health consulting law firm. She was selected as Rising Star in 2013 by the Independent News and received the William S. Meador award for service in 2015. She currently serves as a Board member of the Gulf Breeze Chamber of Commerce and a Board member for the Equity Project Alliance (EPA).
In addition to practicing law, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband, Darek, a retired United States Air Force navigator, and her two children, Ruby Laine and Mac.
