Thomas “Tom” Moody focuses focuses in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, property insurance claims, and civil litigation. As an established attorney in the Pensacola market, Tom has successfully litigated cases in both state and federal court in Alabama, Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
After graduating from the University of Florida College of Law, he obtained admittance to the Bar Association in both Florida and Alabama. His professional experience includes claims and litigations that span personal injury, first party property, professional liability, breach of contract and general liability.
Prior to joining Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon, Tom represented the various insurance companies, and has a keen insight on how to successfully litigate against insurance companies. Tom has successfully obtained final judgements in both state and federal court, and uses his experience to fully advocate for his clients. Tom genuinely cares about his clients, and he works tirelessly to recover the compensation his clients deserve.
