Prior to joining Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon, John was a United States Army Judge Advocate. During his more than four years of Active-Duty service, John focused on Federal procurement and contracting. John worked with Contracting Officers to advise on the solicitation, award, and administration of Government Contracts including construction.
