Probate, and Trust Administration practice.

- Draft sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and
irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. - Advise individuals and families on estate planning strategies and wealth
preservation. - Guide personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries through probate and
trust administration. - Manage probate proceedings from initial filing through final distribution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and
thoughtful counsel. - Collaborate with attorneys and staff across practice areas to provide
comprehensive legal solutions. - Participate in business development and community engagement opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar (or eligible for admission).
- Minimum of three years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust
administration. - Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding client service with empathy and
professionalism. - A desire to contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
