ESC Attorneys win appeal for client’s due process in the Fourth District Court of Appeals

Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon’s team of Shareholder Jennifer Shoaf Richardson and Associate Rebecca Radd won an appeal in the Fourth District Court of Appeal.  In the written opinion reversing the trial court, the appellate court held that our client’s due process rights were violated when the lower court improperly expended the scope of a hearing to address issues that were not noticed and entered final judgment.  Attorney Andrea Lyons successfully preserved the winning arguments in the trial court with a post-judgment motion to set aside.
