ATTORNEY GEOFF BRODERSEN JOINS EMMANUEL SHEPPARD & CONDON
Pensacola, FLA. (April 25, 2024) – Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon (ESC) is pleased to announce that Geoff Brodersen has joined the firm in our real estate and commercial litigation practice group. As an established attorney in the Pensacola market, Geoff will focus his practice in the areas of real estate, business and corporate law, as well as commercial litigation, providing value-based advice and strategy.
Geoff has been practicing law since 2005, when he began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 1st Judicial Circuit of Florida. He then broadened his practice to include corporate and individual clients and business involved in real estate transactions and disputes, zoning, contract development, review and drafting of various contracts and lease agreements, and construction litigation.
Most recently, Geoff further developed his transactional law practice, representing lenders and borrowers, issuing title policies, handling loan and real property transactions and closings, providing legal representation in stock and asset sales and business transactions and engaging in related litigation as necessary.

Geoff is active in the community through his participation in the Escambia Santa Rosa County Bar Association and previously served two terms on the Executive Council. He is a graduate of Leadership Pensacola, 2013. Geoff is also an active member of the Pensacola Sewanee Club and has served as a Cub Scout den leader.
