PENSACOLA, Fla. — Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon is pleased to announce that Shareholder Jennifer Shoaf Richardson has achieved Board Certification in Labor and Employment Law from The Florida Bar. This is the highest level of recognition offered by the Bar and reflects her expertise, professionalism and ethics in the field. Becoming board certified is a rigorous process, including proof of relevant substantial litigation experience, peer review by members of the legal community and a difficult substantive exam. Richardson is one of only 169 attorneys in the state who hold this distinction in the area of Labor and Employment Law.

Richardson represents employers in Florida and Georgia in litigation before state and federal agencies, as well as trial and appellate courts. Her client base spans industries including health care, finance, hospitality and technology. Demonstrating her dedication to leadership, Richardson has served as president of both the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association. Her recent board certification reflects her ongoing commitment to excellence in employment law.
