Pensacola, FLA. (July 12, 2022) – Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon (ESC) is pleased to announce that Employment Attorney, Jennifer Shoaf Richardson, was selected to be a part of the Leadership Florida Connect Class XII, a part of the state-wide Leadership Institute.
Forty-six Florida leaders aged 25-39, including business professionals, educators, healthcare professionals and non-profit executives, will participate in a nine-month educational program and meet other leaders from a variety of backgrounds who represent Florida’s diverse composition. Connect Florida was created in 2007 as a signature program of Leadership Florida and has developed into the premier statewide institute as it seeks to educate, engage, and inspire the state’s top emerging leaders. The Connect Florida program offers an intensive orientation to the issues facing Florida and is designed to enhance the participants’ leadership skills, provide practical experience in community service, and facilitate opportunities to interact with statewide leaders.
