Charles P. “Chuck” Hoskin has been practicing law in Pensacola since 1983. Chuck attended Hiram College in Ohio where he majored in Chemistry. After college, Chuck served in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer and then attended Emory University in Atlanta on the G.I. Bill where he earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Chuck then went to work for a large manufacturing company but left that position to attend law school and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Florida State University College of Law in 1982, also on the G.I. Bill.
After release from active duty, Chuck remained in the Naval Reserve and served as the commanding officer of two separate Naval Reserve Intelligence units. He retired at the rank of Commander (0-5).
Chuck was a sole-practitioner and with small firms in the 1980s and 1990s where his practice included civil litigation, family law, criminal defense, and family and civil mediation. With Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon, he focuses on bankruptcy creditor representation, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and residential & commercial real estate transactions.
