Geoff Brodersen

Geoff Brodersen is an experienced attorney in our real estate and commercial litigation practice group. providing value-based advice and strategy to his clients.

Geoff has been practicing law since 2005, and has broadened his practice through the years to include corporate and individual clients as well as businesses involved in real estate transactions and disputes, zoning, contract development, review and drafting of various contracts and lease agreements, and construction litigation.

Most recently, Geoff further developed his transactional law practice, representing lenders and borrowers, issuing title policies, handling loan and real property transactions and closings, providing legal representation in stock and asset sales and business transactions and engaging in related litigation as necessary.  As a director with the firm, Geoff demonstrates his experience and leadership through his commitment to finding solutions that exceed the expectations of his clients.

Geoff is active in the community through his participation in the Escambia Santa Rosa County Bar Association and previously served two terms on the Executive Council.  He is a graduate of Leadership Pensacola, 2013. Geoff is also an active member of the Pensacola Sewanee Club and has served as a Cub Scout den leader.
