John G. “Jack” Terhaar joined Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon in March of 2019 and is a member of the Construction Litigation practice group. Jack earned his Juris Doctorate in 2014 from the University of Florida where he graduated cum laude. Jack earned his undergraduate degree from Fordham University where he also graduated cum laude.
Prior to joining Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon, Jack was a United States Army Judge Advocate. During his more than four years of Active-Duty service, Jack focused on Federal procurement and contracting. Jack worked with Contracting Officers to advise on the solicitation, award, and administration of Government Contracts including construction.
