Rebecca Hope Radd concentrates her practice in the area of employment law, representing both small and large employers in workplace matters. She works with employers to navigate through all stages from administrative charges of discrimination to defending lawsuits in court. Rebecca received her law degree from Florida State University, College of Law. While there, she served as President of the FSU College of Law Trial Team and Treasurer of the Student Veterans Law Symposium. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Arts with a major in International Business from Elon University, graduating magna cum laude. During her time at Elon, Rebecca was selected as a LSB Business Fellow to engage in accelerated and rigorous courses designed specifically for the Business Fellows program.
Rebecca served as a law clerk for Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon in 2022. She additionally served on the Commerce Committee as a Legislative Fellow with the Florida House of Representatives for the transportation, infrastructure, and energy subcommittee in 2022. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling with her husband, or pampering her two dogs.
