Stephen T. Holman joins Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon as part of The Holman Law Firm’s move to ESC, bringing nearly four decades of trial experience in personal injury and family law to the firm’s Pensacola office.
Stephen founded The Holman Law Firm in Pensacola, where he built a practice focused on personal injury litigation, family law, and general trial work. His family law practice covers divorce, paternity, modifications, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. In his personal injury cases, he represents people who have been hurt because of someone else’s negligence. Clients and colleagues know him for his common-sense approach and for communicating in a direct, plain way.
Stephen earned his law degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 1987 and his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in 1984. He has been admitted to The Florida Bar since 1987 and to all three U.S. District Courts in Florida since 1990.
Outside the courtroom, Stephen has served as Chair of the Board of Directors for WSRE, the Pensacola-area PBS station, and as co-chair of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association’s Family Law Committee.
